CCHS Endowment Fund: Ensure a Future for Carver County's Past
Become a member of the Jonathan Carver Circle
In 1989, a $7,000 bequest from Gustav Denin became the seed money for the Historical
Society's endowment, which helps support programs, services, and special projects. The
endowment fund is a pool of money that is invested and managed by the Minnesota Community
Foundation. The endowment's principal is invested to create income for the Historical
Society. The Jonathan Carver Circle recognizes donors who help ensure the future of
Carver County's past with a significant gift to the fund. There are two ways to become
a member:
- Make a contribution of $5,000 or more to the Carver County Historical Society, or
- Include CCHS in your planned giving
